  • DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION?

    No, we do not. Legacy Pharms is a licensed delivery service only.

  • HOW DOES LEGACY PHARMS DELIVERY WORK?

    It’s simple to browse our menu of premium cannabis products and select the items you would like. After you submit your order, you’ll receive a text from your river after your order has been packed and the driver is headed your way. Orders can be submitted through our website, our app on any apple devIce or on Weedmaps!

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    We strive to have all orders executed within your selected time frame. More specifically: how long it takes depends on where you are, the time of day, and the traffic. Our driver will send you an estimated time of arrival after packing your order. Feel free to call our dispatch desk if you have any questions 916-685-3425.

  • WHAT DOES YOUR DELIVERY PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?

    Our packaging is very discreet and clean-looking. We do everything within our power to protect your privacy. We even kept our delivery vehicles in mind for complete discretion, with no external branding or messaging.

  • DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION OR LICENSE?

    In short, no.  We are proud to deliver recreational Cannabis! The only requirement is that you must be at least 21 years of age. In California, cannabis delivery is legal whether you have a cannabis license or not.

    We’re proud to serve a vast selection of counties around the Sacramento area including Elk Grove, Wilton, La Riviera, Vineyard, Rosemont, Florin, Rancho Cordova, Sloughhouse, Laguna, Pocket, Franklin, Rancho Murieta  Downtown Sacramento, West Sacramento, Aden-Arcade, Citrus Heights, + more!   • WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    Currently accepting cash and ACH payments.


    Accepting debit cards soon!


    What is ACH?

    ACH payments are electronic bank-to-bank payments that allow a merchant to debit directly from your account once you approve the transaction. This is a secure transaction. Your personal financial information is never shared with the business.


    Stronghold (ACH) will provide Legacy Pharms with your full name, email address, and phone number (if required by the merchant), and the last 4 digits of the linked card number associated with your profile. At anytime you may unlink our payment information yourself or by calling our team.


    Customer bank statements will reflect purchases under our business name "Legacy Pharms"

  • DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BEGIN?

    Yes. For safety, all customers must create a profile and submit a proof of identity.

  • CAN I PRE-ORDER?

    Orders can be scheduled 48 hours in advanced! This option can be scheduled at checkout or by calling in a phone order 916-658-3425.


    Orders can be submitted through our website, our app on any apple devce or on Weedmaps!

  • ARE DISCOUNT CODES AVAILABLE?

    We periodically release discount codes!

    Find our curent deals under the "current deals section at legacypharms.com, in banners by clicking "order now" at legacypharms.com and in banners on the Leacy Pharms apple mobile app.


     All published Legacy Pharms discounts apply during their stated duration and cannot be combined or added to sale items.


  • CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?

    Yes. Please reach out to us imediatley at 916-658-3425 if the adress you submitted is not correct. We will do all we can to get your order to your correct location. This may delay the estimated wait time. The account holder matching the ID submitted must be the person accepting the delivery at new location.

  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ RETURN POLICY?

    All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted.


    Legacy Pharms will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories for up to five (5) days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt.


    All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Legacy Pharms. 

  • CAN I TIP MY DELIVERY DRIVER?

    Yes please, a little extra love is always appreciated!

  • CAN I GET DELIVERY TO MY WORKPLACE?

    We are happy to deliver wherever you may be. Please make sure there is no issue with it at your workplace before you place your order.


    We DO NOT deliver to banks, schools and/or parks.  

  • CAN MY FRIEND ACCEPT DELIVERY FOR ME?

    No. We are only allowed to deliver to the person who placed the delivery order. Orders will only be release to the person whos ID is on file.

  • WHAT ARE EDIBLES?

    A smokeless option for cannabis consumption! Edibles are cannabis-infused food or beverage products. This is a great option for those who prefer a prolonged, smoke-free experience. Ingesting THC creates extended and typically more intense effects for the user. While it varies per person, these effects don’t tend to kick in until roughly an hour after ingesting and can last up to 8 hours. We always recommend taking it slow!

  • WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INDICA, SATIVA, AND HYBRID?

    These are all different types of cannabis, eliciting different effects on the user. Experiences and vary from user to user. 


    Indica plants are known to produce more of a “body high,” creating physically relaxing effects. 


    Sativa, on the other hand, impacts the user’s mind, creating a more uplifting, mentally euphoric high. 


    Hybrids are created when growers breed the indica and sativa plants together, crossing the properties of both plants into one new strain!

    We’re proud to keep it local. All of our cannabis flowers are sourced from expert cultivators across the state of California. We strive to carry a selection of Legacy Brands that have set the path for where cannabis is today!

  • HOW DOES CANNABIS VARY BETWEEN STRAINS?

    There are many, many, different varieties of cannabis on the market. We’ve marked each strain with either indicia, sativa, or hybrid, as well as its THC content, and a specialized description. Use these tools help you find the right strain for your lifestyle!     You’re on your own for that one,  my friend!

    At this time our services are limited to only the merchandise and products ordered from our website. From time to time we do like to suprise our customers with a sweet treat in their order!
